Tummy Tuck and Breast Augmentation: Charleston, WV

I have been overweight my entire life. I am now 27, no kids. After a 100 lbs weightloss-despite diet and exercise-my body will just not recover. And I refuse to spend the rest of my life not feeling beautiful and having all this extra skin (which literally prevents me from living a confident, happy life). I have loose skin under my arms, around my abdomen, and upper thighs. My breasts are also deflated. My goal is to get: 1. Tummy Tuck 2. Augmentation 3. Possible Under Arm and Thigh Lift Due to finances I may have to get them seperately but I am hoping to start out with a Mommy Makeover-Tummy Tuck and Augmentation. Any thoughts?

You are able to have Multiple Procedures at one time.  Check out this link and see what our doctors have to say about this.

Thank you for that link. I am hoping to get the augmentation and the tummy tuck at once and then go for the arm and thigh lift.

Finanaces are limited and since the surgery has to be paid up front-I may have to even do the augmentation and tummy tuck seperately-as I think they can run between (4-6 augment and 5-8 for the tummy tuck) though sometimes they bundle them if done at once.

I am hoping to do between 550-650 cc's. Is that too big ? I weight 175 lbs (after 100 lbs weight loss) so, it would fit my frame. What's better saline or silicone? Any thoughts? Silicone kind of scares me.

Yes the expense is great and I totally understand that:)  

I am not the expert in regards to the implants but between our doctors and patients they will provide great advice.

Okay so I went the surgeon's office-based on a review I found on here-only to go, get undressed and when the doctor came in-he said they no longer do cosmetic surgeries because they've been sued too much. WHAT IN THE WORLD? Needless to say this was a strange, embaressing experience and honestly I just had to laugh about it. I don't know what to do-LOL. But, I am planning now to go out of town for surgery because every other surgeon in the area has multiple bad reviews on health records and vitals. Guess there is nothing else to do but research a doctor and book at out of town surgery.

OMG that is crazy.  So why did they even book the appointment for you?  They could have at least called you to tell you this over the phone before you trucked in to the office.

Keep searching and you will find a good one.

Congratulations on losing the weight for a healthier you! I think it's wonderful that plastic surgery can help people after drastic weight loss. Good luck on your journey.
