Considering a TT

Hi everyone! I stumbled across this website and I must say that I am glad I did. I am really considering having a TT but am a little afraid to. I'm a single mother of 2 kids, who has always battled a weight problem. Now that I am down to 160 lbs, I still have a complex. I went to see a specialist for smartlipo, but was told that I am more of a candidate of a TT. My dream would be to tackle my upper arms, inner thighs and stomach. Not sure if I can manage that..  I've seen some posts of ladies who've went to DR or MX for a TT, BBL etc. I would love to connect with them so I can ask them about their experiences. I would like to do it here in the US, but it will be extremely pricey. I'm also concerned about the length of time out of work etc. Since I am the provider of my family, how long will it be ok for me to return to work, if I consider going through with this?
