Who came out of TT sx with a binder or CG on? If you didn't have one did your PS have you wear one after removing your drains? Did your PS have you wear a binder or CG after two or three weeks from recovering? Did you never have to wear a binder or CG after your TT? I never had a binder or CG after sx here, no binder or CG after drainsre moved (at 4 days) next post op appt not till day 15 will see what he says then

"Who came out of TT sx with a binder or CG on?" --- I had a huge Velcro binder around my waist when I woke up from the surgery. "Did your PS have you wear a binder or CG after two or three weeks from recovering?" --- My PS had me wear my binder for 1 week only. Then I was able to go to Spanx. At the 4 week visit I was told I need nothing. So today, I have NOTHING on :-)

The binders sound like a pain in the butt. My compression garment goes from knees to under boobs and is NOT sexy at all, but it stays put.

I came out with a binder that I'm still wearing 8days post-op. I had it off for over an hour yesterday so I could wash it, and was relieved to get it back on. I'm hoping I can 'graduate' into something that wont keep sliding up my torso when I have my follow-up in 2 days. These binders are not made for curves!

I had cotton and a CG from knees to under boobs when waking up. I was told not to take it off AT ALL until the 5 day check up. The OK'd me at that time I could shower and have it off only then but right back in. I am supposed to wear it 4 weeks non stop except showers and then I can start taking it off at night but wearing during the day

Hi, I had epifoam and a binder applied immediately post-op and was asked to leave everything in place until one week checkup. Had to continue with epifoam (missed a week b/c it was so uncomfortable) and binder for six weeks. Mostly happy with the contour except for my hips.
