TT in Korea?

Hello. I have excessive skin under my belly due to a twin pregnancy. My friend is recommending a highly regarded doctor in Korea for the procedure. Korea is famous for Plastic Surgery and I am comtemplating it because of the cost savings. And I am hopeful to do some sightseeings since I've never been there. I can probably take 2 or 2.5 weeks off either in the Xmas/NY holidays or next Summer. I appreciate your insights, good/bad advices about the idea. Also it it better to consider a procedure in the winter vs. summer? Will I have issues with a 10-12 hours flight back to USA? Thanks
I will recommend that if you plan to sightsee, do it BEFORE your surgery. If you're like most people, you'll only be able to rest and do very low key things for a couple weeks afterward. The first week will almost be a wash with you laying around resting and healing.
