Considering a TT with Dr. Joseph Capella in NJ. Does Anyone Have Any Feedback About Him?

Looking for reputable PSs in NJ/NY metro area. Dr. Capella seems to be really good. Has anyone had surgery with them? Do you have local referrals? Is there a data base to check for complaints or law suits?
