Just has TT and Lipo, Trying to eat healthy! Any ideas for quick lunch and snack ideas?

Fresh fruit, string cheese, almonds, fresh veggies with hummus, low fat cottage cheese, greek yogurt, lean turkey or chicken on whole grain bread, protein shakes.

I keep these items on hand at all times!!  

Also drink lots of ice water with fresh lemons, limes, orange slices and mint in the water.  Dress it up a bit and you will enjoy it more.
