Considering TT and Lipo 2012

Hi, I am a Uk National and considering have my procedure in the states. Unfortunately I do not have a clue where? I have done online research but need guidance for a shortlist before coming down to do the initial consultation. I am leaning towards the east coast, as I googled that prices vary from state to state and would really like guidance or referrals on surgeons and typical prices. I signed up cause I noticed how helpful members have been. I have so much more questions but feel I should start by shorlisting..
