TT and BA? or just a TT?

I'm pretty young 22 and after loosing about 100 pounds my breasts and tummy are pretty deflated. I'm going in for a TT consult in a few weeks I've already been to two with two other surgeons but this is the guy I've been waiting for but recently I've been throwing around getting the BA and TT at the same time. Do any of you think the pain would be too much? Would this increase down time?   :) Thanks!
