Trouble with top Invisalign tray

I'm on my 25th tray with Invisalign and haven't had any issues, until this set. I always wear each set religiously, but for some reason I cannot put the top tray in. However, the bottom tray fits perfectly. My ortho said to try using the white chew roll for a day or two to get the teeth to set so the new tray can go in properly. Any other advice? Thanks!

Jennifer28291, what ended up happening with your upper Invisalign tray that wasn't fitting. Did you teeth eventually fit in, or did you have to get a new tray?
