Treatment of Acne Scarring outside of Fraxel...

I have acne scarring, especially on the left side of my face. I want to fix it, but it seems that there isn't a lot of good options outside of lasers, which, at least from what I've seen/read don't illicit the improvement that I'm looking for. What other options are available based on my scarring?

I agree that we see mixed feedback on laser resurfacing of scars, but have you spoken with a dermatologist about whether you're a good candidate for a procedure like Fraxel?
