Treatement to frown lines only. Bad idea?

I am planning to get my frown lines treated with 20 units. I've only paid for one area so they will only treat that area. Looks like people get the frown lines and forehead or outer upper brow area treated at the same time. Has anyone just treated their frown lines and been happy?   Thanks for your advice!
