What Can I Do to Treat Both Rosacea & Milia at the Same Time?

I am 57, and for the past year have been suffering with Rosacea & my Milia is getting increasingly worse, which I'm wondering is from the cream I'm using for my Rosacea? (Cream topical metronidazole 75mg)
