Traveling for a Tummy Tuck

I am wondering if anyone here has traveled (out of state or out of country) for a tummy tuck? How did it go? How did you come to that decision? How many trips did you make, etc? Was it worth it? It looks like I could save 2-3k even factoring in travel costs! Opinions please!
