tissue falling away from implants - revision planned

i had lift augment five months ago and the breast tissue is falling away from the implnt already. i am scheduled for revision surgery in june. i am worried it will happen again though. is there anything i can do to prevent it or the dr can do?
I'm really sorry you have to go through a revision. It looks like you got some good input from doctors about this here. I can't really add much, but maybe some ladies who've been through this will chime in!
