tired face at young age

Of course its all a matter of personal opinion, but I think your face looks young and that you don't need any fillers. I can see a little bit of NL, but it just seems like the contours of your face, it doesn't look old or tired. Your tear troughs look perfect to me, and with as tricky as that area seems to be to treat I definitely wouldn't mess with that if I were you. That being said, we all have things about ourselves we are uncomfortable with that everyone else may think is fine. Do what makes you feel good about yourself, but if you decide to move forward with any kind of treatments please make sure you are in the hands of a board certified doctor.
