Tips for removing the lovely pen marks from surgery?

I had smartlipo yesterday and cannot get this stubborn ink off me. I feel like a strange map. Any magic potions? Soap and water aren't cutting it and I am too tender to scrub.

Denvergal - I researched this and found the following suggestions by people trying to get permanent ink off their skin.  Personally, I'd avoid the harsh chemicals if your're getting close to your incision:

Works:

  • Mr. Clean Magic Eraser
  • Lysol Antibacterial Kitchen Cleaner
  • Clearasil Stayclear Oil-Free Daily Face Wash
  • non-acetone nail polish
  • Lemon juice 
  • Cooking spray

Doesn't Work:

Rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, alcohol-based hand sanitizer, hairspray, soap/water, baby oil, olive oil

Let us know what ended up working on the surgery pen lines!
