Tip of my nose is red and dry a year after rhinoplasty

I had rhinoplasty done 13 months ago. The tip of my nose is still consistently red and kind of dry/scaly. What can I do to get rid of this. It is very noticeable, especially in pictures.
Hi there! I'm sorry this is happening. I've never heard of it before. The shape of your nose is so great, it's too bad you're having to deal with the dryness and redness. I see that you asked this question to doctors on RealSelf. Hopefully some other folks who've had this happen will weigh in and give you their input.
