Time Magazine breastfeeding mom -- will she seek out breast rejuvenation one day?

A hot topic of conversation the past couple days has been Time Magazine's attachment parenting cover that shows a mom breastfeeding her three-year-old son.
Yeah, her breasts look good now that they're still filled with milk, but what will they look like when she's done nursing?

Um this child has a full set of teeth. She may need some nipple reconstruction after she is done nursing...OUCH!
I wonder what her natural size is. The longer she stays at "breastfeeding size" (3 years and counting...) the less likely her breasts will bounce right back and be as perky as ever.
Perhaps she plans to use the $ she gets from all this publicity for that very reason. ;)
Wow! Once she's finished with nursing she is definitely going to need a little help and a lot of lifting!
I watched a documentary once on a woman who was still breastfeeding her 12 year old son. Side-stepping the issues of breastfeeding a 12 year old... she definitely needed more than a lift!
