I've told people I had back surgery, including my own kids - seems to have worked! (although I hate lying!)

I said the same as Markswife...that my C sections caused tissue damage that needed to be repaired. I made it sound all official!

My vote is for hernia surgery. My doctor found two hernias and fixed them.

I say - get rid of hernia & diastasis recti.

Hernia surgery :-). This way all of your restrictions will make sense as well as any pain in your stomach.

I am a business owner and I am telling all my clients that I have to have surgery to fix the damage done from the 10 lb baby I had 20 years ago. They don't seem to ask any questions after that and it really isn't a lie I'm telling them.
