Thinking About Tt

im the mother of three.just had a full hysterectomy almost a year and i have gained 46 pounds and my stomach looks like im three months pregnant.im a full figure female once i get the tt i will work on my thighs thats where all my weight is at my stomach and my thighs.somebody please give me some feedback
