Seroma after liposuction
The collection of lymphatic fluid in one area, known as a seroma, may take months to resolve spontaneously. Compression with a garment or elastic dressing that your physician can help demonstrate for you, might provide benefit.

Liposuction and seroma
Seromas are very unusual after liposuction. I am guessing you had some form of technqiue that was not traditional liposuction becuae the sseroma rate is much higher. Personally I have never seen it with "straight" tradtional liposuction. I have seen it with combined open procedures like a tummy tuck but not lipo alone.

Seroma last after inner thigh liposuction
Without drainage the seroma can last for months. Local area massages can help or even ultrasound external therapies directly to the area.
