Has anyone with thick skin had good results with rhinoplasty?

I am scheduled to get rhinoplasty next month. My doctor said he is only going to remove cartilage. I am kind of nervous because I feel like I have too much skin. Has anyone had rhinoplasty with thick skin? If so, what kind of results did you get?

Hi there,

Here's some information about thinning the skin before rhinoplasty on someone with thick skin. Here's how to tell if you truly have thick skin or just excess cartilage.

i did and i have great results but need to go back for round 2. Shaving the sides a bit and more refining of the tip./ I might put pix up. revision scheduled for feb 2
