why do they make it hard, greed perhaps

Why do those in the care profession charge an extraordinary amount of money for a service that 1. is not guaranteed results and 2. is not truly cosmetic ie botox, fillers lipo ..ITs keloids they are unsightly and self confidence crunchers and people who have them truly suffer and Doctors like Dr. Michael H. Tirgan charge 150 for a 20 min consult and thats just to talk..no treatment. its mean greedy and for a service such as keloid treatment he and others like him who make it hard to afford treatment for an affliction such as this should be ashamed!!  ashamed. medical student, keloid sufferer.
