Is There a Safe BBL for $5000 or Under???

I've seen a few reviews from Miami lately that were around $5,000, just as an example. That's with a board certified doc and general anesthesia too.

You can see all the different prices paid for BBL by clicking here, but $5,000 is definitely possible.
