Are There Any PS Currently Doing Silikon 1000 Relatively Close to the DC/MD Area?

I'm 37 with scars mostly on my chin -indentation/dents- hollowness in the eye trough and directly beneath (eye bed)also corner of my lips sagging, little bit of deflation in my top lips. I'm willing to travel to get the injections but would prefer a doctor closer to me than NYC. Would also like cost info as well, so I know what expenses I'm to prepare for.
