Who is the Best in LA?

Hoping you all can help me.
Have had a lump in my nose since birth and want to know who's the best in LA. I have seen this doctor, Alexander Rivkin pop up a lot on google as the best around. What has everyone else heard?

I had this done by Dr. Kotler in Beverly Hills. He is amazing and I'll never let anyone else touch my face ever again except for him. I had a rhinoplasty done by a doctor in Newport beach and was so unhappy with it. I didn't think I had any options except to be unhappy until I met Dr. Kotler. My nose is perfect after receiving the silicon injections. I'm so happy I did it. Go to his site and watch the testimonials. I'm on there. :) Dr. Kotler is honest, super nice and a brilliant doctor. This is your face, you should have the best. I only wish I would have found him sooner to do my initial nose job. Good luck. -Dana

I went to Dr Rivkin for a nonsurgical rhinoplasty. I got the Artefill injections. He was amazing! Everything went smoothly. I can't say enough good things about my experience there. I'll definitely go back if I need any other services.
