I haven't heard much talk about it, but read in the clinical manual that I found via a Google search "The Fractora handpiece technology uses fractional RF energy delivered through pins that may be used for ablation (black), coagulation (white), and sub-necrotic heating (red) at various degrees."
A question was posted in our Q&A section about it, but no answers have been posted to it yet, which usually means the board certified doctors who volunteer on the site are either not aware of it (which would be unusual) or they opt not to use it, perhaps because they favor other methods.
