Just at the beginning of research

I am a J and would like to be a B.  I have costochondritis and the surgery would be for health reasons.  I have not had a consultation.  The only thing I have done is get time off work.  I do not have anyone who can help me after surgery so I am still debating where to ha ve the surgery.
