Oh the back ache!!!

I'm 2 days post op. my back is killing me.  Low back just throbs.  Im sleeping in a recliner which doesn't help.  I have to do this for 3-4 weeks???  Any advice?

Oh the dreaded back ache!!  It sure does hurt but will get better.  Try gentle massage on the lower back and also apply warm heat packs.  Hang in there.
