Ten days ago I had a lower eye lift to smooth out some wrinkles and excess skin (made worse due to weight loss).

The bruising has almost gone but unfortunately the wrinkles have not and to make matters worse  I noticed some excess skin as well this afternoon when I smiled. I am very down as I used all my savings to have this done. Any chance the wrinkles will smooth out or has there just not been enough skin been removed. Thank you in advance for all and any advice.
