Tattoo Removal Forearm

Friends,

Recently i got the tattoo at my forearm
this was stupid decision what i did because of which i lost my self confident level
Now i keep hiding this tattoo

Even my friends my family member scold me for what i have done
After tattoo piercing i have realized the needle was not cleaned
The person used a used needle
so also i have fear of HIV, Hepatitis B or C

Suggest me what i should do
I regret every time whenever i see this tattoo in my hand
& i am not sure that this will go or not
