Tatto Removal from Tattoo Shops Vs. A Clinic

I've seen tattoo parlors that offer laser treatment, and are usually a lot less expensive than some removal clinics. How complicated are the lasers to use? I'm looking to save as much money as possible and the local tattoo parlors that offer laser removal would much less expensive. Has anyone had any poor experiences with going to remove their tattoos at tattoo shops that offer laser treatment? Thanks!
Just like any tattoos you get and you pay for quality. A tattoo artist with a laser tattoo equipment is "trained" to use it but not an expert in dermatology. I highly recommend going to a clinic and if you in the Los Angeles Beverly Hills area, Goldman Dubow Dermatology Group is a very reputable and renowned office.
My recommendation comes from my own experience and research. Definitely look into the quality of work before you regret another choice.
