By Dolly24 on 05 Jun 2011

Hi girls, Just wondering how many CC's you went with? I am doing a poll just to see what the average is? Im hoping I didn't pick too small.

I guess I went big. I have 550 HP silicone under/over. I didn't want to worry about them being too small. I love 'em and they look great. I'm 5'10, 140 lbs.
mom_me 22 Aug 2011
Go bigger! I'm thrilled with mine but they are 400 high profile, have a look at my pics and see what you think. I am 5'2" 125lbs.

ladies... I am 5'8 with broad shoulders (according to my PS)... he suggested a 330 profile filled with 400 ccs... but from (almost) everything I have read, woman seem to wish they would have gone bigger. Any thoughts?? I wanna wake up happy :)

I'm still not sure of cup size since I'm still wearing the sports bra that the PS gave but since my tummy tuck swelling has gone down a lot they look huge from the sides all my friends say they look like D cups and that is huge since I was an A cup

Im getting mine done in 21 days doctor suggested 450ccs High Profile, Im kind of scared that they will look too big since Im only 5'1 and 115pds..So Im trying to decide if I should just go 425 Ccs...
ZayrasNewTummy 15 Aug 2011
Had my TT and BA 6 days ago and my PS decided to go 450 on left and 440 on right and they are High Profile right now they are very high but so far I love them
momiemkovr 19 Aug 2011
I have no idea... how strange is that. I had 300 or 350 a long time ago. When I went for a reduction and lift along with my TT my ps kept saying the implants were perfect it was the skin that needed to go in the first place when I had my aug. like 10 years ago. I believed him but to be safe I said take out like 20% of what I had when you replace them. Dont know honestly if he did. Maybe he didn't want to mess with the under the muscle pocket from original surgery but I think my boobs are a bit more then the C cup I ordered. Hoping, of course the swelling goes down. There perky though. Anything is better then my big ol hangy DD flap jacks I had. Zayrasnewtummy what cup size did that give you?
ZayrasNewTummy 14 Sep 2011
Final results 450ccs gave me a 34 DD

I don't see it on there. But when I talked to the pre op nurse yesterday she said he is bringing both sizes and profiles and will first put in sizers to see what is best.

WOW you guys are all getting High Profile... I tried thoes on and loved them! My PS told me that since Im so wide that the moderate profile would look better on my frame. I hope I didn't go with the wrong ones. Although all you girls are tiny so maybe he is right. I also hope 400 CC is big enough too. Were you guys nervous thinking the same thing?

Dolly,
Are you getting a lift as well or just implants? The reason I ask is because my PS told me the high profiles work especially well when a lift is involved. For me, I needed more fullness on the top. My old implants caused some sagging after kids so I needed that fixed and I wanted more top volume. That is why I went with the HP. I am also a little wider in the chest area. I am 5'7 138 pounds. From looking at your pics it seems like u have some breast tissue there already. I will tell u that u have more naturally than I did before implants. So I would say the 400 cc will be plenty big on you. My new ones are 400 HP and I am guessing I will be DD when swelling goes down. I was a D with the old 300 saline ones I used to have.
I'm no expert but I have had implants most of my adult life. I'd also tell u that 90 percent of my close friends have them too. You just want to be careful not to go too big because the huge ones don't age as well. They will sag and cause skin to stretch out over time.
Good luck. It's not that hard to go through and you will love the new bod!!

Sporty,
I am getting a lift as well. Maybe because i do have more breast tissue my PS was right about it being too much. I didn't want them to look sooo fake but i do want them to look nice and boobilisious :) If you see in my picture I am flat on top as well, but I've said my PS has been doing PS for over 20 years he knows best. You are right about going too big. I don't want that either to wear it looks like I'm top heavy and i look fatter. I think with the tummy tuck too and my waist being smaller they will look bigger too :) I'm happy for your advice. You rock and can't wait for all of us to put up our after photos.

Hi Dolly,
You are going to look great with the 400 cc. No worries. You will be boobalicious for sure! The lift is my favorite thing so far. I love it and the incisions do not hurt even a little bit!
I am going to be brave today and post my first post op shots. They are not pretty, but in the sense of keeping it real I am going to put them up anyway!
The drains are a bitch and that is the only way I can describe it. Hell, if it weren't for those I would be feeling pretty good by now. I really have no pain except for the drains are pulling my skin where they are inserted and it hurts there. I have stopped taking the pain meds though because I know I heal faster without them and I am tired of feeling loopy while on them.
I will see if I can get these pics outta my phone and post them so you can see what is going to happen to you. This surgery is not for wimps, but as I said before--not as bad as I thought.
mom_me 26 Jun 2011
YES! I scoured pics wondering if they would be big enough and when it comes down to it we only have so much say because the doctors have to use what matches our bodies, skin elasticity etc. I'm old so my skin was thin and since I had breast fed and gained and lost they were very saggy.

One more thing to add here. I replaced my old 300 cc saline for the silicone 400 HP. At the time i did the saline ones (16 yrs ago) that was all that was offered. I got my new ones 2 days ago along with lift and full TT. The new ones are perfect! I love the high profile because I wanted more fullness at the top and they do exactly that. The size is not that bigger though in going from 300 cc saline to 400 silicone. Of course they are still swollen a bit but they are not all that different size wise. My PS told me that the most common sizes women choose are 375 or 400 HP.
It was hard for me to try and figure out what I wanted because I already had implants in there going in. I just took a guess really, but I think they are perfect esp. with the lift. I will post pics soon.

I am getting 400ccs Moderate Profile Plus Silicone
Sportyboysmom 7 Jun 2011
400 Silicone with High profile
mom_me 7 Jun 2011
425 silicone I have pics of the ones i tried on here. I'm so confused because 400's on some people look different than others...did you notice that?
