Dr. Salama June 2013: Need toSwitch to March, April or May - Please Help!

Does anyone have a surgery date in the winter or spring months that would like to take my June 6 2013 sx date with Dr Salama? Would like an earlier date if possible due to the TEXAS HEAT in June
