swelling

i had TT breast lift /augmentaion 450cc each, suction assisted lipo on my hips and thighs....and i am just huge, my implants havent dropped yet so its hard to breath because they are on my lungs anf my throat feels cut off,, everything i eat or drink wont go down ,its like bad heartburn.but its been 5 days post op and im getting bigger. my ankles are the size of my calves....well everything is swelled alot!!! i cant close my hand to make a fist it feels like i will rip my skin open.   now my toes are so painful i cant walk on them.anyone else have this?

Has your swelling subsided? I'd give your surgeon a call about this right away.
