Swelling hard as a rock-- is this normal?

Hi everyone.  I am 19DPO and still have quite a bit of swelling in my lower abdomen and pubic mound (Ken doll syndrome).  The swelling that is in the middle from below my scar to the pubic mound is hard as a rock.  Is this normal???
