Swelling in face, thighs...........?

I just had my procedure about two weeks ago, how long does the swelling and bruising last? I am very swollen in my thighs and bruised on the inside on the of thigh pretty bad. My face also has some swelling, does anyone know how long this lasts? How to help the swelling go down?

Hi Myra,

Swelling can last 1-2 months, but I haven't heard of swelling in the face before. Are you doing anything that might be causing this, such as laying with your butt in the air (so your head is lower than your butt)? That's the only thing I can think of. You might want to call your doc and check that this is okay.
