swelling and bruising?

hey all! Renee here! I had my smart lipo done Friday April 20th, and I am one week and one day post op right now. Honestly, the pain during the procedure was VERY tolerable (and I'm a weenie). I am 20 years old and I am 5'3" and weigh 145 lbs. My sections that I had done were upper and lower abs, love handles, and lower back! At day 3 of my results, I looked FABULOUS! Seriously, nice hour glass figure no pudge! not one bit! Now, at day 8, I feel that I look really big again :( is this all of the swelling? My stomach is sensitive to the touch so I think it might be swelling, but I want to hear from you guys when you saw your swelling go down!
