Swelling after tummy tuck

I am 8 months post op tummy tuck/lippo/hernia repair of the belly button area. I am 5'0 ft and weighed 155 lbs at time of surgery 163 now. I am very swollen in upper ab area, as if I am pregnant. I am tender & feel very tight on the inside. I discussed with my ps who says there could be more fat deposits in the upper ab and he could perform additional liposuction (for a fee) to try to flatten the area. I eat healthy (honestly) and exercise but swelling is not decreasing. Non x-rays ect done yet.
