Swelling after getting hit in breast after one month after augmentation

I am a little over one month post op and two weekends ago was mardi gras weekend (from new orleans) and i got hit with a really big pack of heavy beads directly at one of my breasts. it hurt when i got hit and was still sore throughout the rest of mardi gras holiday.
it has been a week and two days since i got hit and i am still really swollen and tender. should i be concerned, or wait another week to see how i feel?
