Is it okay to take the surgical wrap off temporarily.

I was sent home with 2 ace bandages wrapped around my breast and a band that is wrapped around the top of my breasts up under my armpits. It has really caused my back to start hurting. Even if I loosen it up my back still hurts. My post-op is tomorrow but I'm wondering if it will hurt to remove the wrap temporarily at least long enough to get a good nap in. I haven't slept in 2 days due to the back pain.

I wish I had an answer for you! Hopefully some other ladies will chime in here. Please do let us know what your surgeon says about removing your band for a short time.
