surgery scheduled... help with size? 600cc?

I'm 5'7, 36 small C.... wanting the full DD round pornstar look.... thinking 600cc over the muscle? Any help would be great... I'm 1 week preop.

I've always liked the round full look, over the natural look. Pam Anderson , Jenna Jameson, I don't know, they just look perfect VS natural. :)
