Surgeons in Illlinois / Chicago specializing in rhinoplasty for bulbous tip

I'm looking to have my nose done in Chicago or nearby, but I can't seem to find a surgeon whose results I really love. I want a pretty moderate to aggresive reduction of my tip. It's just huge and out of proportion to my face. My profile is fine. Most of the work I've seen is very subtle when it comes to a large, bulbous tip. I don't want an impertceptibly, slightly smaller than huge round nose. I want a cute, kind-of anglular, little nose. And I want to see these results after a primary. Is this possible in Illinois, or should I scout out Beverly Hills surgeons?
I don't think Beverly Hills surgeons are any better than Chicago surgeons, just maybe better known. Here's a great list (by other doctors) of some recommended Chicago rhinoplasty surgeons.
