Surgeon recommendation central Texas -- Dallas/Waco/Austin?

I am seeking recommendations for surgeons in the north/central Texas area for breast augmentation. I particularly would like to find a surgeon whose technique emphasizes quick recovery -- I am self-employed and time off from work is a huge consideration for me. If I have to miss 1-2 weeks of work it will more than double the cost of the procedure for me. Thanks in advance for any advice!
