Surgeon in Portland OR

I am interested in double chin lipo. I live in the Portland Oregon area. I would love feedback. We have so many surgeons; it's very tough to choose. Many have multiple certifications and great before/after pics. Cost is an issue, but skill and safety are most important. I am normal weight, 49 years old. Liz
