Suggestions for Tennessee or Alabama Area

Does anyone have suggestions on someone I should have a consultation with in the states Tennessee or Alabama? I've found so many that do boobs and face lifts and practically no one that does a good job on noses. I went to one guy in Tennessee. He claimed to be an expert on noses, and the moment I found out he did his receptionist's nose, I ran out the door. It was awful... and she claimed to be so happy about it. I didn't have the heart to tell her how terrible of a job this guy did. That's my experiences so far with doctors in my area, and I've had a few others.. and this is all within a 2 hour radius! Any suggestions on someone would be great. I'd really hate to have to fly out to California or New York. This is already an expensive proceedure. But if I have to, I will. Thanks!
