Can Anyone Suggest a Cosmetic Surgeon in Jamaica?

im going to jamaica to visit a friend and thought id get a rhinoplasty while im there.does anyone know a good surgeon there?
Whomever you choose, make sure he or she is board certified and specializes in rhinoplasty. It's one of the most difficult cosmetic procedures and you want someone who knows what their doing. Also, the surgery will not make for a pleasant vacation...so hopefully you'll have time beforehand to kick back and have some fun or after that first recovery week.
