Strange pains?

I had a BA and TT on 12/7 and I have some questions from my fellow booby lovers.  I have 4 kids, weighed 118 day of surgery,  im 5'2" and was about a 34a withered.  I got 325 mentor medium plus silicone under muscles.  First of all, they seem huge to me.  I'm having straining, sharp pains when I move them or press them.  When I leave them alone, it mostly just feels engorged like when milk comes in.  My question is whether that pain is normal?  I'm afraid I'm straining out of e pocket, or pulling ligaments free or something.  My TT is more annoying, but less painful than this.
