How soon do I need to stop taking Accutane before my tummy tuck surgery?

I'm starting a cycle of accutane and I have scheduled a tummy tuck in 45 days. I'm conerned about the healing since I'm going to have a large incision/scar. When do I need to stop accutane before my surgery? Thx
