Still sore 2 weeks PO

I had a TT and muscle repair with lipo 2 weeks ago. I have no family close by to help me and my husband has to go back to work in a few days. I have to drive my son to and from preschool and pick up my 8 mo old. Most of my pain is where he did the lipo. Up where my ribs are, and my inner thighs. I am taking Lortab and Aleve, and it still hurts. My dr told me not to ice it. Don't know why, so I am just using a heating pad. My skin was pulled so tight, I still have trouble walking upright. I hope this passes soon. I am getting depressed.
